The Oasis Protocol Foundation has officially launched its Runtime Offchain Logic (ROFL) framework on mainnet, marking a significant advancement for Web3 developers. ROFL enables off-chain computation while maintaining blockchain-level trust and privacy, leveraging Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) for secure enclaves.
Designed for intensive workloads like AI model training and data analysis, ROFL bridges off-chain execution with on-chain verification. "Consumers prioritize convenience," said Jernej Kos, co-founder of Oasis Protocol Foundation. "This technology unlocks new possibilities for privacy-preserving applications in AI and finance."
